just wanted to write this review after using this cleaning company and how helpful and honest I found them nothing wasn’t too much for them I was a bit reluctant paying upfront for their End of tenancy clean after reading a few of their reviews I was sold.After using an End of Tenancy Cleaning services, on the cheap which worked out to be a Nightmare. Our landlord said I will have to charge you £370 to get our own cleaners in to re-clean the house.I called Mum’s Helping Hands who had a lot of positive reviews we told them our situation about our landlord is going to take £370 from us to clean our house. Mums arranged to come to our property to give us a quote for an end of tenancy clean.They called us back with a quote of £260 for a 3-bed student house which was ok better than my landlord's price the cost we paid first was £100 to some back street cleaning company that received a flyer through our door.Our landlord deemed the end of tenancy clean not so good the company never cleaned the cooker or the bathroom properly and left cobwebs all over the house. Definitely not professional standard' and we would have lost a chunk of our deposit if it wasn’t for Mums, we paid £260 to get it re-cleaned.Our landlord was amazed that we found a good company at such short notice to clean his student house. One of big problem that the landlord was really angry about was the mould left in the house by the previous company after a deep cleanWe had mould in the bathrooms, in all bedroom’s windows and behind wardrobes, which the other company said they would remove. The previous company never removed anything they tried to tell me we need to get a contractor to skim the walls and repaint them which would of cost us a fortune being students.Mums also provided a service to remove mould. One of their mould technicians removed all the mould in all rooms and didn’t even charge us because we had an end of tenancy clean truly outstanding service.We paid extra to get the carpets steam cleaned has we found some nasty stain in my carpet left after a party we had. Mums arrived for a carpet specialist to come to our property after our end of tenancy clean. He got the stain out within seconds. He evidently is an expert when it comes to specialised carpet cleaning, and I cannot praise them enough Mums Carpet Cleaning service was also very high standard. The staff once again was incredibly friendly and professional it was a real pleasure to deal with all their staff.We truly thank you Mums Helping Hands for your expertise and great job we will be definitely be using you next year and definitely recommend your services to others.

We have a flat where the tenant had not adequately ventilated the bedroom causing a large build up of mould. Communication with Mum’s helping hands was fast and easy they sent over a mould removal specialist and gave tips on how to make sure it doesn’t return. Great service and responsibly priced. I have been with Mums helping hands for just over a year now and have never had cause for complaint. They are professional, efficient and friendly. When your cleaner is on holiday then you are offered a replacement, which is very convenient.Nothing is too much trouble for them and they work very hard to keep both clients and staff happy. Saved my life! I'm 39 weeks pregnant and was struggling to deep clean, I opted for Mums Helping Hands deep clean and double oven clean (on a very tricky oven) and they have done a remarkable job. I have used mums helping hands for a fortnightly clean of my flat, for the last 12 months. It is an excellent company. They are speedy, very thorough and reliable. I am able to point out any specific area that I would like them to focus on each time, to which they go above and beyond, always leading to significant satisfaction. The staff are highly professional maintaining a lovely manorism. Security is taken very seriously and the company is very trustworthy. Over the years I have used a number of other companies- mums is most definitely by far the best. I highly recommend mums helping hands.

I am delighted to be able to recommend Mums Helping Hands. I need a regular domestic clean and tried a couple of other cleaning companies, but we didn't 'fit'. The moment Sam came through the door I knew we could get on. Cleaning standards are fantastic. We had a large stain on our sofa that I had tried to get rid of, which didn’t work at all. Not only did the original stain remain, but I caused watermark damage too.I contacted Mums helping hands, sent them pics of our sofa and they were able to send through a very reasonable quote straight away, and come the next day.Stain was removed and they also gave our sofa a great smell and clean.I’d have no hesitation in recommending them for stain removal.

Contacted Mums helping cleaning services for regular cleaning it has made such a difference - we actually get a whole weekend now! I am dealing with the sale of a deceased persons estate and the empty house seemed of no interest to anyone who looked. Mums helping hands cleaned some carpets and washed over a good number of walls and ceilings everything looked much better. The first person to look at the property after the cleaning is coming back for a second viewing. It's made that much difference. Patrick is very helpful and friendly. I just had a carpet clean completed for a fully carpeted house. David came on time, and did the job in an hour with excellent results. I booked a day in advance so I was very impressed with the speed of everything done. They brought heavy duty equipment to the property and the carpet looks like its new. Wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else! I have used Mums dog Walking since moving to Nottingham 2 years ago and am so happy with their service. My dog absolutely loves going on his walks and I can see this from his excited reaction when the team arrive to collect him every day. This company have great customer service, within 10 minutes of me enquiring online I had a call back and got everything booked in for a few days later. The technician was prompt and very polite. I have used Mums Cleaners on 3 separate occasions. Once for moving out of my rented property and moving into my new property and again after the builders completed the works to the extension. Each time they did a fantastic job. The cleaners arrived on time with all the chemicals and equipment and made a start straightaway.
