When starting with us we will meet with the client and their loved ones to organised exactly what needs doing each visit. While this list is definitely not exhaustive, the help we provide can involve:

Mum’s Helping Hands help clients to make the right choices, about their care, with a unique decision making tool. Clients’ needs and wishes are acknowledged and discussed throughout the process to support the rights of the individual.
We know how important peace of mind is regarding the care of a loved one, so one of our main priorities is to provide this for relatives, while simply making the client’s life easier.
All our staff are subject to CRB checks, and we are fully insured, and members of the UK Home Care Association so you know you’re in safe, professional hands.
